How we work
We discuss goals, users and constraints, ask questions, and propose a solution with a scope estimate.
We pin down the first version, the architecture and the milestones, so a working result appears as early as possible.
We show a working build after every stage: you see the progress and can adjust the course.
We help with deployment and monitoring, and keep developing the product after release.
Selected cases

The world's largest web-data platform: 20,000+ clients, a proxy network of 400M IPs across 195 countries - over 10M unique residential peers daily. A web scraping API and a marketplace of ready-made datasets for AI and analytics.

A last-mile route optimization platform: thousands of companies, billions of miles. Routes for fleets of any size in seconds, driver apps, real-time tracking, and analytics. We've worked on the platform for three years.

E-commerce for selling electric vehicles across EU markets - each country with its own laws and financial rules. The customer journey from catalog and customization to test drive, financing, and card payment, plus end-to-end behavior analytics.

Touch-typing instruction for US schools: 700+ game-based exercises, a teacher dashboard, district and license management, sign-in via Clever, Google, and Office 365. A high-load system with several million active users a day.

A 'Google Drive for court cases': documents, evidence, witnesses, hearings, and a calendar - everything about a case in one place, with filters and shared access.

A project management tool for distributed teams: tasks, processes, and communication in one window - so projects wrap up faster than the meetings about them.

An AI-powered AR quest through local landmarks: players complete missions straight through their smartphone camera - recognizing objects and paintings in the video feed, mimicking poses, completing voice tasks. Computer vision plus speech recognition and synthesis (TensorFlow.js, OpenCV.js, Deepgram) run on-device - video never leaves the phone. A content manager assembles missions, voiceovers, and routes in a no-code admin panel.

A research pipeline for Carnegie Mellon University: mining years of browsing history - hundreds of terabytes, billions of URLs - to surface online-purchase and ad-click facts. Hybrid classification combining expert rules and a Spark MLlib model, distributed processing on the Bridges-2 supercomputer, SQL validation in DuckDB, and score reconciliation against independent e-commerce data.

Original quotes
A platform for a children's centre that teaches children aged 6-12 to write legibly: two connected systems we are building ourselves, from requirements analysis to server deployment. The first assesses handwriting from a photo. A parent prints a task sheet with ArUco markers and a QR code, the child writes on paper, the phone photo passes a quality check, and computer vision on OpenCV flattens the sheet, separates ink from ruling and measures letter height, spacing, slant and baseline alignment. An instructor reviews the result and releases a PDF report for the parent. The second system runs the course itself: lesson recording from a phone, homework, progress milestones, before-and-after photos of the work, a parent report and payment tracking. Learning records are never rewritten; a correction creates a new version. FastAPI, PostgreSQL, Celery, Next.js.
A festival attraction for a Mid-Autumn event in a Singapore shopping mall: a guest scans the QR code on one of five lanterns on a 100-inch LED wall, confirms a phone number with an SMS code, picks English or Chinese, and plays ten random riddles against the clock. The riddles stay on the phone; the wall shows two leaderboards, one per language, reshuffling in real time, where each person holds a single row - the best attempt per phone number, ties broken by answer time. The riddle bank, timings, artwork, QR layout and Excel export are run from the admin panel. Phone, wall and admin live in one TypeScript monorepo: React, Express, Socket.IO, Prisma with PostgreSQL, Twilio Verify.
An AI photo booth for the same festival: on a 9:16 screen a guest accepts the terms, confirms a phone number with an SMS code, picks a look, is photographed on a countdown, and takes the result home by scanning a QR code. Only the face is replaced - the scene and outfit of the approved template stay untouched: a face swap on Replicate builds the portrait, WAN 2.2 brings the still to life, and ffmpeg prepares an MP4, a WebM boomerang and a looping GIF; a photo is ready in 12 seconds, an animation in 27. Generation runs in its own process, so reloading the tab does not drop it. The catalogue of looks, takeaway branding, opening hours, limits and retention live in the operator panel. Next.js, PostgreSQL with Drizzle, face detection on TensorFlow.js, nginx and PM2.
Rockerz® is a US manufacturer of multi-patented figure skate blade guards, in business since 1997. We built a headless store for the brand: a Next.js storefront on top of Magento, which remains the system of record for products, pricing, cart, and orders, while all content - page copy, FAQs, and help-center articles - is edited in Strapi. The storefront guides shoppers from the catalog (Rockerz® V2, Sk8tape®, Critter Covers®) through the cart to checkout with multi-currency support and shipping-country switching. At the core is the Design Mine configurator: shoppers color a guard by zones (4 or 8) from a color palette, pick a spring color, spin the model 360°, randomize a colorway, and save their design - the price is recalculated on the fly and the finished configuration flows into a Magento order. Also included: a Google Maps dealer locator with address search and geolocation (258 retail locations worldwide), a referral-program dashboard on a separate subdomain (personal links, sales tracking, earnings and payouts, plus a separate tier for agencies), and a help center with search over Strapi articles, order tracking, support tickets, and order cancellation.
Built an internal roof-inspection, measurement, and repair-estimating tool for a roofing company. Inspectors log site visits and mark up measurements directly on roof photos - roof and siding areas, ridges, eaves, gutters - with scale calibration and material waste allowances. From this data the system assembles estimates from standard material and labor assemblies priced per square or linear foot, and generates ready-to-send PDF reports. Also includes management of assemblies, users, and roles.
An interactive, AI-driven cultural discovery AR quest built on computer vision, pose recognition, and speech recognition/synthesis. Players complete missions straight through their smartphone camera (a PWA for iOS and Android, no install required): recognizing objects and paintings in the video stream, matching images, mimicking poses, connecting objects, and completing voice-based tasks. All computer vision runs on-device in the browser - video never leaves the phone. We also built a no-code admin panel where content managers configure missions, reference photos and poses, train recognition, generate voiceovers, and manage geolocation on a map.
A research project for Carnegie Mellon University: a web-activity analysis pipeline that determines online purchase and ad-click facts from URLs alone. The source data is a multi-year web browsing history spanning hundreds of terabytes and billions of URL records. The pipeline consists of three SLURM jobs. The first spins up an Apache Spark cluster inside the job itself, labels URLs with expert rules, extracts features, and trains a Spark MLlib model on that labeling (accuracy 0.8845, F1 macro 0.8612). The second automatically discovers new monthly data partitions and classifies billions of URLs at scale, storing the enriched datasets in Parquet. The third computes aggregates in DuckDB: estimating purchase counts by device, domain, and period, and cross-checking the result against independent e-commerce data. The computation ran on the Bridges-2 supercomputer (Pittsburgh Supercomputing Center) - 45 workers of 124 cores each, with dynamic resource allocation and a fully reproducible run from raw logs to analytical reports.
Spent three years (2022-2025) building the frontend for Route4Me, a last-mile route optimization platform trusted by thousands of companies and billions of miles driven. Routes for fleets of any size are computed in seconds and pushed to drivers' mobile apps (iOS, Android, Zebra terminals) with real-time tracking: dynamic stop insertion, dispatching, customer notifications, proof of delivery, voice navigation, telematics integrations, and operational analytics.
A web app for real-time blurring and replacement of webcam video backgrounds - entirely in the browser, with no server: frames never leave the device. We built a custom GPU renderer with three blur modes (Gaussian, Bokeh, pixelation), background replacement with presets or a custom image, careful flicker-free mask edge handling, and recording of the result to a video file with audio.
A mobile GPS trail through the Braddell Heights neighbourhood in Singapore. Players sign in with a phone number, fill in a short profile, and follow a Google Maps view to six stations: stepping inside a station's radius pops up a quiz about local landmarks and history, and the cleared station is marked on the map. After all six, the game sends players to the community centre for the final task - a timed photo-matching game built from pictures of the neighbourhood - and then to a prize redemption screen where centre staff key in a PIN. Everything is run from the admin panel: map points with trigger radii, a categorised question bank (multiple choice, HTML questions, videos, embedded mini-games), profile fields, a player activity log with Excel export, player bug reports with screenshots, and completion stats. This engine later became the foundation for Cultural Quest.
An online training and certification platform for regulatory compliance in the pharmaceutical, healthcare, and medical device industries. A catalog of 190+ courses - Good Clinical, Manufacturing, Laboratory, and Distribution Practice, pharmacovigilance, EU MDR/IVDR, AI in Clinical Research - with filters, CPD points, and certificates. We implemented e-commerce (individual and group purchases, team licenses, bundles), learning paths, and enterprise solutions - Corporate Training, a CTMS, and white-label courses. The platform serves 21,000+ students from 100+ countries, with support for 22 languages and CPD accreditation from the Royal College of Physicians.
An e-commerce platform for selling the Citroën AMI across multiple EU markets, each with its own legal and financial requirements. It guides buyers from catalog and cart through customization, financing options, and test-drive booking to checkout and card payment. We separately built end-to-end tracking of user actions on every page - in the admin panel it helps sales managers improve user experience and conversion.
Sonic Discovery - a sound-analysis platform for DJs, producers, and music curators: finding tracks by how they sound, not by genre or trend. Users upload any reference track (even an unreleased draft - metadata doesn't matter), and the engine analyzes it across 70+ sonic features (rhythm, harmony, energy, dynamics, tonal balance) to return a ranked list of sonically similar tracks in seconds; any result can become a new reference. For the platform we built a landing page with 'cosmic' WebGL graphics and cookie-consent settings.
An OTT/VOD platform with premium content from the Arab region and Bollywood - one of the fastest-growing in its niche. We built a fully bilingual single-page app (Arabic RTL and English): movies and series with seasons and episodes, curated collections, cast and crew pages, search, watchlist, age ratings, and reviews. Monetization is subscription plus advertising: a video player with video ads and banners, and a data-consent dialog. A continuation of years-long work on the platform (see Telly, 2017 - admin tools and payment integrations).
Worked on Bright Data - the world's leading web data platform, trusted by 20,000+ customers, that helps businesses find, retrieve, and extract structured public web data at petabyte scale. At its core is an award-winning proxy infrastructure spanning 400+ million IPs across 195 countries with over 10 million active residential peers per day, a Web Scraping API with automatic proxy rotation, anti-bot bypass, and rendering, 1,000+ ready-made scrapers, and a marketplace of 350+ ready GDPR-compliant datasets (17+ billion records) for AI models and analytics.
EarnApp is Bright Data's consumer app for passive income: users share unused internet bandwidth and become a residential peer in the very proxy network behind the Bright Data platform. The app installs on a computer (Windows, macOS, Linux), Android, and home devices like Raspberry Pi, runs in the background, and earns money for the shared traffic; payouts go via PayPal or Amazon gift cards. We built the personal dashboard: device connection and monitoring, usage stats and earnings history, withdrawals, a referral program, and an offers section. A continuation of work on the Bright Data ecosystem (see Bright Data, 2024).
TypeTastic teaches touch typing to schoolchildren - from kindergarten through high school - via games and practice. A full-cycle job marketplace. A client posts a job with a description, deadline, payment options, and documents; a freelancer takes it by accepting one of the offered amounts or naming their own, and the client confirms the request.
