1. Who we are

2. What we collect
Only what you enter in the request form on webcraft.company: your name, a contact for our reply (email, phone or Telegram username) and a description of your project. The IP address and time of submission are stored with the request to protect against spam.
3. Why
To reply to your request, clarify the task and prepare an estimate. We do not send newsletters and do not share these data with third parties for their own purposes.
4. Legal basis
Your consent, given by ticking the checkbox in the form before sending it.
5. How the data are handled
The request is delivered to us as a message in the Telegram messenger; further correspondence goes through the contact you provided.
6. How long we keep them
Until the purpose is achieved - replying to your request and discussing the project - or until you withdraw your consent, whichever comes first.
7. Your rights
You can ask what data we hold about you, have them corrected or deleted, and withdraw your consent. Write to info@webcraft.company.
